When depressed it is important to have omega three fish oils in your diet, fruit and vegetables and especially lettuce as it helps you sleep. By having the vitamized juice I am absorbing all the vitamins and minerals contained in the fruits and vegetables and it also gives you lots of energy. You will definately notice a difference in the colour of your skin as well.
