Hello, Great Website Thank you for posting it.
I have a list of books I have found helpful but cannot recall all the titles. One is called “Madness” by Myra Hornbacher.
Google her, she’s on the net. Two others are “An Unquiet Mind”
and “Touched by Fire” by Kay Redfield -Jamison.
Thanks for your comment.
Kay Redfield-Jamison is pretty good, she did a mental illness documentary that I saw some time ago via Itunes I think.
Did not know she has a book as well. Not heard of “Madness” either.
I want to get Terri Cheney’s “Manic”.
